POLICY
Thank you for your interest in my Live2D rigging services. Please read these terms carefully before submitting a commission request. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
General Terms
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal. A 50% initial payment is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered. The schedule is confirmed only after the initial payment is received.
PSD Requirements
PSD files must be properly separated before submission. Final quality and available features may vary depending on PSD structure and layer separation. Additional preparation work may require extra fees.
Estimated Schedule
Completion times vary depending on model complexity and PSD quality. A schedule estimate will be provided after reviewing the PSD and commission details.
Revisions
Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may require extra fees. Excessive revision requests may affect the overall schedule.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available before work has started. Once work has begun, refunds are not available. If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days without prior notice, the commission may be cancelled at my discretion.
File Delivery
Final model files will be delivered after full payment is received. Source rigging files (.cmo3) are not provided.
Portfolio Usage
Completed work may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes. If the client wishes to keep the work private, an additional privacy fee will apply.
Rights & Credits
Credit to @yomyom0727 is appreciated when showcasing the rigged model on social media.
Final agreement
Submitting a commission request means you have read and accepted these Terms of Service. Last updated: June 2026.
